Unless you lived in Island Village or had friend in the complex, you might not even know about these townhomes. They were build in 1973, ranging in size from 1,227sf to 1,811sf, with only two other models, one with 1,669sf and one with 1,729sf. They all have two car garages at the rear.
The community is gated and has a swimming pool, clubhouse. There are a lack of townhomes/ patio homes in Long Beach, with Island Village and Bixby Village being the only two larger complexes. Island Village is more affordable than Bixby Village as it is about a decade older, and the units are smaller.
