La Marina Estates Map
La Marina Estates is a small tract of larger homes on larger lots. Rather than 5,000 -6,500sf lots the lots are about 7,600 – 10,000sf. La Marina is broken down into two areas. The homes on the 3 Southern streets are all custom homes and average 2,500sf. The lots are also larger through this section. The Northern section is a tract of homes, often referred to as junior executive homes. These tract homes built in 1955 and 1956 all had 1.75 baths and central heating. The smallest models were 1250sf and the largest models were about 1600sf. Many of the original tract homes have under gone extensive additions and remodeling. Like Lakewood Village this is an area that has oversize lots and will see significant remodeling and improvement.
