Poly High Area Map
Being just north of the Downtown Long Beach area, Poly High is one of the old areas of Long Beach. There is a very eclectic mix of many types, ages and styles of properties. A good portion of the homes are older California Bungalows, built from 1900’s, 1910’s and the 1920’s. Then add in some multi family properties, appartment buildings and a sprinkling of homes built at different times and you have the Poly High area.
