The Ridgewood Heights tract was built between 1942 and 1952, with most homes build in 1942. All the lots are 5,000sf or larger, with some lots being 6,000 and 7,000sf. Price wise Ridgewood Heights is obviously more expensive than North Long Beach, but can be a better value than Lakewood, which might sell for the same or maybe more, but you won’t get quite as much.
Ridgewood Heights will offer a home with more character and a lot size that is larger as well, than a Lakewood home.
We invite your call, should you have any questions about the homes currently for sale or recently sold.
