Westside Long Beach Map
Westside Long Beach is probably most similar to North Long Beach in terms of price and quality of area. The Westside however has less apartment buildings and there aren’t as many smaller lots. So overall the Westside is less congested.
About 70% of the homes were built in the 1940’s with the balance being built throughout the 1900’s. Lot sizes are typically around 5,000sf but there is a range of smaller and larger lots. Like Wrigley, the north end of the neighborhood can sell for a little more money.
