There are many neighborhoods with charming older Spanish style homes built in Long Beach. Unfortunately many of of these neighborhoods are out the average buyers price range. Wrigley is a neighborhood that offers classic older homes in a charming setting, all at a reasonable price point.
Most Wrigley homes were built in the 1920’s, 1930’s and 1940’s. Each decade has it’s own unique character. The 1920’s have the older Spanish Style homes, the 1930’s had traditional homes with a lot of character, as did the early 1940’s. Lot sizes are also typically around 4,000 – 7,000sf.
The North end of Wrigley is a little more desirable. On the South end of Wrigley there can be higher density with a significant number of apartment buildings. On the West end of the tract is San Francisco Ave which actually has horse property.
We invite your call, should you have any questions about the homes currently for sale or recently sold.
