Rossmoor Highlands & Los Alamitos Map
Rossmoor Highlands is a small tract of homes just east of Rossmoor and Seal Beach/ Los Alamitos Blvd. The homes were built in the early 1960’s and in many ways are nicer than the original Rossmoor tract homes. Lot sizes are comparable at 8,000sf.
The MLS groups Rossmoor Highlands with the balance of Los Alamitos which includes the tract Dutch Haven and Suburbia. In addition to these small tracts of homes, Los Alamitos has an diverse mix of apartment buildings and townhome and condo complexes. This is likely because in Los Alamitos there are some very large lots that would lend themselves to much higher density.
Separate for the single family tracts other portions of the Los Alamitos area can be a good place to find some newer townhome style developments which Long Beach doesn’t have.
