Belmont Park is desirable because it offers the close proximity of 2nd Street and it’s shopping without the congestion of Belmont Shore. Congestion is reduced because there are few apartments and lot sizes are just a little larger. Lots typically are 40×90 or 3,600sf. However it is not unusual to find larger lots due to the winding streets. These larger lots greatly enhance the desirability of the property.
Many of the original homes built in 1937-1945 are very charming traditional homes built with either 2 or 3 bedrooms and 1 bath.
